Abstract

This paper presents a model for prioritization in the allocation of people in large companies with several operating units, using the method of Multicriteria Decision Making - TODIM. The main objective is to define which business unit will be prioritized and estimate the optimal amount of personnel to be allocated in its facilities in order to minimize their costs, operating and maintaining its quality production. Furthermore, we show that the techniques of Multicriteria Decision Aid (MDA) can collaborate on various issues involving corporate decision making lots of variables to be analyzed.
